Throughout my 27 years in corporate insurance, I learned what separates good leaders from memorable ones. It is the ability to build trust, communicate with intention, and create environments where people feel valued and supported. That belief shaped my coaching philosophy and the creation of the H.U.M.A.N. Framework™, an approach that helps managers strengthen the human side of leadership so they can inspire results that last.
I spent nearly a decade leading regional, remote, and national teams through organizational change. Plus over 15 years designing and delivering workshops, designing and facilitating training programs, coaching leaders, and mentoring future-ready talent across Canada.
I was honored to receive a Leadership Award from my former team and manager. Recognition that mattered because it came from the people I led and the leader who led me. That award is proof of how I lead.
